Premier Tech is pleased to announce the acquisition of the vonGAL Corporation, as of June 29, 2012. Located in Montgomery, Alabama, U.S., vonGAL delivers quality, reliable, and high-performance conventional palletizer solutions to diversified industries, including baking, bottling, brewing, paint, pet food, and publishing.

With this acquisition, Premier Tech’s Industrial Equipment Group (IEG) integrates the renowned expertise of some 80 skilled team members to its existing team of 500 people. An animal feed manufacturer installs an integrated turnkey bagging and palletizing system for a new production line. Novus International Inc., headquartered in St. Charles, Mo., is a global supplier of animal feed ingredients and other products for poultry, cattle, pigs, horses, pets, and other animals. The company’s Novus Arkansas LLC facility in Little Rock, Ark., produces and exports proprietary animal feed ingredients to more than 70 countries around the world. In 2009, the company expanded the Little Rock facility to boost production to meet increasing customer demand.

The customer care team at Premier Tech Chronos in North America launched its aftermarket slogan “WE CARE” in 2010. We are now expanding the reach of this motto by introducing it onto the European and Asian territories. A lot of thought was put into this before moving forward with such strong words, and we had to have full commitment from all our teams in order to stand behind them. Our new worldwide aftermarket slogan “WE CARE” was launched at INTERPACK in May 2011.
